Never before in the history of the world has it been possible to eliminate a person’s ability to buy and sell. A cashless society has only been possible since the development of computers that can keep track of every transaction.
But what about bartering? Bartering will be punished with a heavy fine or even imprisonment. The cover story by the government is that in this difficult time of the economic downturn it is necessary to make sure everyone pays his “fair share” of taxes – taxes which of course go directly into the pockets of the Jewish owners of the Federal Reserve Bank. And since so many people pay in cash - under the table - says the government and the IRS, that must be stopped by making every transaction computer generated and therefore available to the government and the IRS – to trace – and to tax.
Another phony part of their cover story will be that they must thwart counterfeiters and going cashless is the government’s way of protecting us and the economy. How ironic, when it is the government and the Federal Reserve Bank that have deliberately imploded and destroyed the U.S. economy.
“The agenda to eliminate cash is real and it’s coming to a store near you. The perils of a cashless society make the valueless currency system we have now appear a panacea. Already many must pay extra fees in order to pay their bills in cash. The day is not so far off when even going to the store for a soda will be an entirely electronic transaction. There will be no buying and selling permitted that is not electronic,” says Megan Kargher of OpEdNews.com
Ms. Kargher found, during her travels, that there are stores in Amsterdam, namely a supermarket she was in, that no longer accept cash. All transactions must be electronic. The cover story was that the company the cashier worked for was cashless to prevent armed hold-ups. But that is laughable. There are thousands of Dutch supermarkets that cater to a population of over 16 million. Yet there were only 200 incidents of cash thefts including purse-snatchings as well as hold-ups in these thousands of Dutch supermarkets in the previous year.
Under the guise of protecting people, what this cashless rule does very well is keep quality food out of the hands of the poor and the illegal immigrants. It also allows the company, the bank and the government to know just what it is you buy every day.
Supermarkets in the Netherlands are planning on eliminating cash transactions by 2014. A cashless society does not equal security, it is slavery. Those who control the electronic money will then effectively control every aspect of a person’s physical survival, including where a person may live, who eats and who does not. A cashless society will allow those who control the electronic monetary system to decide whether you live or die.
A Cashless Society is Closer Than You ThinkMost people think of a cashless society as something that is way off in the distant future. Unfortunately, that is simply not the case. To a large degree, the transition to a cashless society is being done voluntarily. Today, only 7 percent of all transactions in the United States are done with cash, and most of those transactions involve very small amounts of money. If you think about it, virtually all large or mid-size transactions are already cashless because almost everyone uses a credit card. Purchases in small amounts from a fast food restaurant or a flea market may still be paid in cash, but that’s about it. Cash is rapidly becoming a thing of the past.
The big banks and the governments of the industrialized world are doing all they can to get us to voluntarily transition to a cashless system. Once 98 or 99 percent of all transactions do not involve cash, eliminating the remaining 1 or 2 percent will only seem natural, according to infowars.com The big banks want a cashless society because it is much more profitable for them. They earn billions of dollars in fees from debit cards and make enormous profits from credit card. But when people use cash the big banks do not earn anything.Most governments around the world are eager to transition to a cashless society as well for the following reasons:
Cash is expensive to print, inspect, move, store and guard.
Counterfeiting is always going to be a problem as long as paper currency exists.
Cash is favored by criminals because it does not leave a paper trail. Eliminating cash would make it much more difficult for drug dealers, prostitutes, and other criminals to do business.
And most of all, a cashless society would give governments more control. Governments would be able to track virtually all transactions and would also be able to monitor tax compliance much more closely.
But is a Cashless Society Secure?Of course not.
Bank accounts can be hacked into. Credit cards and debit cards can b stolen. Identity theft all over the world is absolutely soaring.
So companies all over the planet are working feverishly to make all of these cashless systems much more secure. In the future, it is inevitable that national governments and big financial institutions will want to have all of us transition over to using biometric identity systems in order to combat crime in the financial system.

You will no longer need to create, track, or remember multiple passwords for various log-ins. Imagine you will be able to walk up to an ATM machine to securely withdraw money by simply speaking your name or looking into a tiny sensor that can recognize the unique patterns in the retina of your eye. Or by doing the same, you can check your account balance on your mobile phone or tablet.
Referred to as multi-factor biometrics, smarter systems will be able to use this information in real-time to make sure whenever someone is attempting to access your information, it matches your unique biometric profile and the attempt is authorized.
In the future, if you do not surrender your biometric identity information, you may be locked out of the entire financial system.
Another method that can be used to make financial identification more secure is to use implantable RFID microchips.
All over the U.S., employees are being required to carry badges that contain RFID chips, and in some instances employers are actually requiring employees to have RFID chips injected into their bodies. Increasingly, RFID chips are being implanted in the upper arm of patients that have Alzheimer’s disease. The idea is that this helps health care providers to track Alzheimer’s patients that get lost.
In some countries, microchips are actually being embedded into school uniforms to make sure that students don’t skip school.
Some companies are even developing RFID technologies that do not require an injection. One company called Somark has developed chipless RFID ink that is applied directly to the skin of an animal or a human. These “RFID tattoos” are applied in about 10 seconds using micro-needles and a reusable applicator, and they can be read by an RFID reader from up to four feet away.
Visa’s Wave-and-Pay Contactless TechnologyDuring the London Olympic Games of 2012, Visa showcased its latest and greatest credit card payment technologies. Perhaps the most innovative one is what Visa calls payWave. It allows consumers to complete a transaction simply by waving their credit card or smart phone next to a point-of-sale terminal compliant with NFC (Near Field Communications) standards. If your purchase is small, under $31, there is no need for a PIN or signature to authorize payment.
According to Visa, currently 37 million payWave cards are in circulation in Europe with 140,000 compliant terminals in the UK alone.
‘Wave and pay’ mobile phone spells the end for cashBeginning in May of 2011, it became possible in the UK to pay for goods and services with nothing more than a mobile phone. Samsung and Orange Telecommunications Company have teamed up with Barclaycard to provide mobile phone payments and Jason Rees, Orange’s head of mobile payments, calls it ‘the beginning of a new order.’
Barclaycard has quietly been rolling out so-called “contactless” payments systems across the UK for several years now. That means there are devices in shops up and down the country that require users, for transactions up to about $30.00 US, to simply touch their specially updated credit and debit cards to complete the transaction. Although just a million or so such pin-free transactions have been made in the twelve months of 2011, the rate is already doubling each year.
The advantages of a contactless credit card, however, are limited. You still need a card with you, and because the card itself cannot be authenticated, every five times or so it requires the standard chip-and-pin payment method. With a mobile phone’s data connection, however, all transactions can be authorized and completed instantly, according to Matt Warman, Consumer Technology Editor (UK telegraph, May 21, 2011)
Others who are working on this technology are iPhone, O2 (UK’s major provider of mobile phones), and Google is working with MasterCard toward the same goal.
Churches in Sweden are taking cards for offeringsSweden was the first European country to introduce bank notes in 1661. Now it’s come farther than most on the path toward getting rid of them, according to Simon Tomlinson of www.dailymail.co.uk
In most Swedish cities, public buses don’t accept cash – tickets are prepaid or purchased with a cell phone text message.
A small, but growing number of businesses only take cards and some bank offices – which make money on electronic transactions – have stopped handling cash altogether.
The decline of cash is noticeable even in houses of worship, like the Carl Gustaf Church in Karlshamn, southern Sweden, where Vicar Johan Tyrberg recently installed a card reader to make it easier for worshippers to make offerings.
Bills and coins represent only three percent of Sweden’s economy, compared to an average of nine percent in the eurozone and seven percent in the U.S., according to the Bank for International Settlements, an umbrella organization for the world’s central banks.
With the cashless society, robberies have gone down, but cybercrime has skyrocketed. According to the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention, the number of computerized fraud cases, including skimming, surged to nearly 20,000 in 2011 from 3,304 in 2000.
Canada also is moving closer to Cashless Society with Digital MintChip Currency. Italy has banned large cash transactions. In the U.S., the increasingly paranoid federal government has been distributing propaganda leaflets teaching merchants and others that cash should be considered suspicious – possibly even an indication of terrorism. Critics ridiculed and attacked the fliers, distributed by various federal agencies, but the troubling trend toward official demonization of cash is only escalating.

Food prices set to soar as worst U.S. drought for half a century forces corn farmers to abandon fields the size of Belgium and Luxembourg. The drought has destroyed one-sixth of the U.S. expected corn crop. The soyabean harvest is expected to be the worst for five years. Food manufacturers warn they will pass on price rises to consumers.
The hottest July in U.S. history has caused irreparable damage to crops, forcing corn farmers to abandon their fields. Soyabeans, which are used for animal feed and to make vegetable oil, have also been affected, according to dailymail.co.uk.
The crisis has prompted the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) to forecast record-breaking price rises, and some of the world’s largest food manufacturers, including Kraft, Tyson and Nestle, have already indicated that they will pass on the increase to consumers.
USDA chief economist Joseph Glauber told the Financial Times: ‘We’re going to see very high prices.’ The problem could have far-reaching consequences internationally. In 2007-08, high food costs led to riots in more than 30 countries.
The same problem is happening in the UK. Families face punishing food price rises triggered by the catastrophic US drought. The American crisis is forcing up the global price of crops used to make staples such as bread and pasta. Meat is also expected to cost much more because animal feed costs have soared, again because of the drought.
The miserable summer in the UK has made the situation worse because even common vegetables such as potatoes and peas are having to be imported from as far away as South Africa, Guatemala and Israel.
In the U.S., more than 35 states have declared disaster areas due to drought.
A Good Time to be a Vegan Vegetarian
Milk, eggs, beef, poultry, and pork prices will all be affected because the drought has pushed up prices for feed, and that will eventually translate into higher prices for steaks, hamburger, pork chops and chicken. The good news for cost-conscious consumers is that prices for fruits and vegetables, aren’t affected as much by the drought, according to Steve Karnowski of huffingtonpost.com
This drought now covers around 60 percent of the continental United States, the largest area since the epic droughts of the 1930s and 1950s.
It’s a disaster,” said Rick Tolman, CEO of the National Corn Growers Association, who noted farmers started out the season anticipating a record 14 billion bushel corn crop. The drought is expected to cut production by roughly 3 billion bushels. “We would have had adequate supplies, prices would have gone down. Instead we have the drought,” he said.
The drought is creating multiple problems for dairy farmers as well, that consumers will eventually feel, said Ed Jesse, an emeritus professor of agricultural economics at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Farmers have begun culling their herds, which will mean less milk down the line. Also, cows give less milk in that heat, and the milk they do produce is lower in proteins and butterfat, Jesse said. That means cheese and butter prices are going up because it takes more milk to produce the same amount.
Jesse predicted that milk prices for consumers will rise by 10 percent or more, and he expects those prices to stay high into next year until herds start to recover.

HAARP stands for: High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) which is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
Built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT), its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance. The HAARP program operates a major sub-arctic facility, named the HAARP Research Station, on an Air Force–owned site near Gakona, Alaska.
The most prominent instrument at the HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high-power radio frequency transmitter facility operating in the high frequency (HF) band. The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere.
The Navy and Air Force of the U.S. combined efforts to build the facilities. Scientific journals indicate that HAARP is capable of altering ballistic missile detection systems. Radio frequency emission is capable of drilling through the ground to look at highways and underground tunnels. It can burn electronic components and ultimately destroy space satellites. HAARP can also be used to cause natural disasters by producing scalar waves to bring in – or hold out – high or low pressure areas.
What is Scalar Weather?
Scalar weather refers to the claimed ability to engineer weather by using "new" longitudinal electromagnetic (EM) waves to create geographic areas of heat and cold in the atmosphere or ocean at great distances.
Normal temperature changes initiate vast climactic effects such as drought, rain, hurricanes, tornados and other phenomenon. "Scalar weather wars" are charged with initiating such events, and lessening or worsening existing or naturally occurring events. Scalar weather can also allegedly manipulate the jet stream by introducing areas of high and low pressure. This can effectively push the jet stream north or south to steer a storm. Those who subscribe to scalar weather wars believe one recent storm enhanced and directed by this technology was hurricane Katrina, which struck the United States Gulf Coast in August 2005.
Scalar weather is one of the hottest conspiracy theories of the new century, though its roots go back several decades. One of its leading proponents, Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden (retired Army), claims that North America's weather has been internationally manipulated by weapons of scalar weather for the past five decades.
The "hybrid" longitudinal EM wave pairs purportedly produced for scalar weather control can be projected from any point on earth using beam transmitters. The wave pair, said to be electrogravitational, can purportedly be directed through the earth and oceans to transect at a particular geographic location, causing an interference or grid pattern. "Grid clouds" are said to be one of the telltale signs of artificial manipulation of weather. The force fields created in the intersecting zone can be manipulated to fill with radiating heat or cold.
There is a similar HAARP facility in Sura, Russia, about 250 miles southeast of Moscow, which was reportedly built with technology supplied by the U.S. This station can cause earthquakes anywhere in the world. The SURA can cause seismic movements in non-seismic areas like the East coast of the USA, where the majority of nuclear power plants in the country are found.
This is the way both the U.S. and Russia can control the weather either against each other, or against another country, or either country can destroy their own economy by weather manipulation against their own citizens – just as is happening in the U.S. now.
In the wake of the financial crisis, investors, leaders from around the world, and globalist bankers are buying up farmland at an alarming rate. The police in every city and state in America are becoming more brutal and vicious, beating, tasering, and even killing citizens, often for minor offenses – some who have committed no offense at all.

American Police are Now “Israeli-DHS trained,” precursor to dictatorship
Slowly, every police department in the United States, at the behest of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is being trained by Israeli groups. The Director of DHS, Janet Napolitano is not only Jewish, and an extremist “feminist” but has reportedly appeared on most all the covers of gay magazines in Arizona, where she was governor.
In fact, many believe that she is actually a transsexual – a man masquerading as a woman.
As part of the police training, there is an increased move to the use of military uniforms, armored vehicles, heavy weapons, illegal surveillance, lying to the people, press and courts and systematic interference in the electoral system, according to presstv.ir.
The first female Policewoman in the cozy northern New Jersey town of Bogota, an 11 year veteran of the force, an emergency medial technician for over 28 years on the volunteer ambulance corps and who was recently certified in dealing with the emotionally disturbed. has been suspended for stopping a brutal beating of a citizen by a fellow police officer. Bogota has a population of only 8,000, so most people know each other.
Here is Police officer Regina Tasca’s interview by American Free Press (AFP) regarding how the event unfolded.
“Town Councilwoman Tara Sharp had called the Bogota police department with a request to have her son, Kyle, transported to one of the regional hospitals,” she said. “It was a simple transport. She wanted him to be evaluated because he is an emotionally disturbed individual. I went up to the scene.
“He obviously didn’t want to go to the hospital, “ she added. “And with that he started to walk back toward his house. A fellow police officer then took the kid down to the ground. I’m having a normal conversation with this kid, and I have everything under control, and then another police officer comes flying out of his detective car, jumps on top of the kid, and starts pounding him in the head. I was completely in shock.”
Ms. Tasca then intervened, prying the much bigger officers off the young man.
“As I was trying to yank him off, he told me I was a disgrace to the police department because I was stopping him, accompanied by several curse words,” she said. “As the mother’s screaming for the cops to get off her son, he actually said, “Stand back, because you’ll be next.:
The ambulance soon arrived on scene, she said. The whole incident lasted under 30 seconds.
A few days after the incident, Ms. Tasca was called into her chief’s office. Thinking she would finally be asked to give her account, she was shocked at what was said to her.
Ms. Tasca told AFP that the Bogota chief of police told her, “you need to turn over your service weapon, your badge and your ID. You’re suspended immediately and we need to send you for a psychological evaluation.”
Ms. Tasca’s been suspended for over a year now, drawing her salary with benefits. But she’s not giving up. She has filed a lawsuit against the police department to get her job back.

Every major American city and most smaller departments, and there are thousands, are being “retrained,” not to fight corruption but being armed for civil war, trained to work directly with military personnel to police America in accordance with unpublished policies mistakenly announced by Army head, General Odierno, as published in his article for the Council on Foreign Relations in the May/June 2012 edition of Foreign Affairs:
“Where appropriate we will also dedicate active-duty forces, especially those with niche skills and equipment, to provide civilian officials with a robust set of reliable and rapid response options.”
The Department of Homeland Security is spearheading the Israeli takeover of America’s police. That is the reason for the sky-rocketing brutality of police against the U.S. citizens.
Department of Homeland Security Orders 450 MILLION Rounds of Deadly Hollow-Point Bullets
Defense Contractor ATK, in their press release, announced the following in March of 2012:
ATK announced that it is being awarded an Indefinite Deliver/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement from the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS,ICE) for .40 caliber ammunition. This contract features a base of 12 months, includes four option years, and will have a maximum volume of 450 million rounds. ATK was the incumbent and won the contract with its HST bullet (a hollow point bullet), which has proven itself in the field.
What does HST stand for? No one really knows. Some say it stands for, “Here, Shoot This!”
The hollow point features a pitted or hollow tip intended to expand upon entering its target. When the hollowpoint bullet strikes a semi-solid object (such as a human body), the dimple allows the bullet to expand, opening up almost like an umbrella or a parachute does. Some hollowpoint bullets are also designed to fragment as they expand.
As the hollowpoint bullet opens up, it makes a larger hole than a roundnose bullet of the same caliber would do. Hollowpoints that fragment produce extra wound channels to cause rapid blood loss. Hollowpoints are more dangerous; each individual bullet does indeed create more damage than an individual roundnose bullet does.

The goal of the Sonic Projector program is to provide Special Forces with a method of surreptitious audio communication at distances over 1 kilometer.
The Army’s very strange webpage on “Voice-to-Skull” weapons has been removed, but the entry, still available on the Federation of American Scientists’ website reads:
Nonlethal weapon which includes (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and (2) a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals.
The Voice of God weapon – a device that projects voices into your head to make you think God is speaking to you – is the military’s equivalent of an urban myth, meaning, it’s mentioned periodically at defense workshops and typically someone whispers about it actually being used.
Holosonic Research Labs and American Technology Corporation both have versions of directed sound which can allow a single person to hear a message that other around don’t hear. DARPA (Defense Advance Research Projects Agency) appears to be working on its own sonic projector. Intriguingly, Strategy Page reports that troops are using the Long Range Acoustic Devise as a modified Voice of God weapon to mess with enemy fighters.
They are already using this “directed sound” experimentally as a marketing tool. There are speakers in various places in book stores. When a customer comes into a specific section, a voice is generated in that person’s head, encouraging them to buy a particular book title. No other customers in the store can hear the message.

In 2006, at the age of 18, Holmes served as a research intern at the Salk Institute at the University of California at San Diego in La Jolla. It is noteworthy that for the previous two years before Holmes worked at the Salk Institute, the research center was partnered with DARPA, Columbia University, University of California at San Francisco, University of Wisconsin at Madison, Wake Forest University, and the Mars Company (the manufacturers of Milky Way and Snickers bars) to prevent fatigue in combat troops through the enhanced use of epicatechin, a blood flow-increasing and blood vessel-dilating anti-oxidant flavanil found in cocoa and, particularly, in dark chocolate.
The research was part of a larger DARPA program known as the “Peak Soldier Performance Program,” which involved creating brain-machine interfaces for battlefield use, including human-robotic bionics for legs, arms, and eyes. According to his Linkedin profile, James Holmes’ father, Dr. Robert Holmes, who received a PhD in Statistics in 1981 from the University of California at Berkeley, worked for San Diego-based HNC Software, Inc from 2000 to 2002. HNC, known as a “neural network” company, and DARPA, beginning in 1998, have worked on developing “cortronic neural networks,” which would allow machines to interpret aural and visual stimuli to think like humans.
It has also emerged that Holmes, when he was 20, worked as a camp counselor at Camp Max Strauss of the Jewish Big Brothers and Sisters of Los Angeles. According to the Jewish Journal, among other tasks, Holmes helped to teach boys between the ages of 7 to 10 archery.
